General Information

We designed Minoumi designed cat toys to bring joy to cats and their humans. Cats love playing with our high quality catnip toys - humans love the thoughtful design, which makes the toy fit perfectly into the interior design.

All Minoumi products are handmade from high quality materials in Germany. The face materials of Minoumi catnip toys are made of 100% cotton with Oeko Tex100 standard. Under the cotton there is a layer of moisture repellent fleece. This ensures that not too much moisture gets inside, protecting the soft fill cotton and catnip. All ingredients and materials are carefully selected and matched by us. Our special Minoumi catnip blend provides hours of playtime fun.

Of course, you should always keep an eye on your cat while playing, because the effect of catnip can be completely different for different cats. Some cats play enthusiastically with catnip toys for a few minutes and then pay no attention to them for a few hours or days. Other cats react very euphorically to catnip toys and don't want to stop cuddling with the pillows, kicking them or chasing them. For such enthusiastic cats, it may be advisable to remove the pillows after about 30 minutes and not bring them out again until the next day. This way you will make sure that your cat will enjoy the Minoumi toys for a long time.

The catnip mixture smells slightly of mint and lime and is hardly noticed by most people. So the smell of Minoumi toys is pleasantly mild rather than annoying for humans. Cats perceive the smell much stronger.

After your cat has played and cuddled with the Minoumi catnip pillows, the pillows may be soaked from your cat's saliva. So before you put the pillows away, you should make sure that the pillows are completely dry. If the cushions are dirty from intensive playing, it is possible to clean the pyramids and rolls carefully with a damp cloth. The cotton is of course washable. However, you should absolutely refrain from using detergents, because the scent of the catnip can be covered.

Order

You do not need a customer account to place an order in Minoumi Shop. You can also place your order as a guest. 


However, a customer account brings the following advantages: 

  • Tracking of the delivery status
  • Overview of all orders

If an item is no longer available, you are welcome to send us an email at shop@minoumi.com with the products you want. As soon as the toys are back in stock, you will receive a notification from us.

Yes, Minoumi products are also available in stores.

Payment methods

The possible payment methods are:

  • Payment in advance
  • Payment via PayPal (prepayment)
  • Payment by credit card (prepayment)
  • Purchase on account

If you have chosen the payment method "Prepayment", we expect your payment within 14 days after conclusion of the contract.

Purchase on account: If you have chosen the payment method "purchase on account", the payment is due no later than 14 days after invoicing. If you do not meet this payment deadline, you will receive a reminder by e-mail and a reminder if you do not comply.

There is no minimum order value.

Yes, it is possible to send your order to a Packstation. When sending to a Packstation, please fill in the fields for the delivery address as follows:

Street: Packstation

House number: 123 (number of the packing station)

Address addition: 12345678 (your postal number - usually 8 digits)

The delivery of your order will be handled by Deutsche Post.

Yes, you can track the status of your order. You will receive an email from us after shipping with the tracking ID of Deutsche Post.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is within 3-5 days within Germany. Delivery time within the EU and Switzerland is 3-14 days (depending on the destination country). Shipping to non-European countries takes 14-30 days. Detailed information about shipping costs and delivery time can be found here.

If you think your order should have arrived by now, please just contact our customer service at shop@minoumi.com. Please remember to include your name and order number in the email.

Complaint and Return

We are very sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your order! You can of course send your order back to us and you will receive feedback from us after we have checked the return. Return shipping costs are not covered by Minoumi.
